I recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again; it was very comfortable. the staff are amiable and nice; everyone is friendly. - the service is admirable and includes free parking.

The staff was very very helpful, really kind, and everything was perfect. Got beautiful, amazingly comfortable room with all facilities and netflix plus bedside tables. That was what I call relaxing base for honeymoon.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay with lovely decorations in a quiet and clean room.

The location was brilliant in the heart of the old town. the staff here was very kind and welcoming. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was comfy, and it had central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making facilities.

the room was newly decorated and nicely furnished with beautiful decorations. A hairdryer, soft bathrobes, and fresh towels were a plus. 3. the location was perfect, adjacent to all restaurants and shops, and close to the main streets leading into the old town and the center of the old town.

We often book a double room here and it’s really nice and up-to-date. the location is awesome, you can easily walk to a cool museum nearby.

My recent stay at Cretan Berry Portou in Chania was exceptional. From the moment I booked, the manager Georgia provided outstanding communication, answering all my questions and ensuring a seamless experience. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, and the fresh aroma upon entering was delightful. The location was perfect, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The highlight of my stay was the surprise birthday decorations and complimentary drinks provided by Mrs. Georgia. The hotel truly made me feel special. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited sunlight in the ground floor room and a slightly small bed, I highly recommend Cretan Berry Portou for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to everything you want to see in this city. You can walk to the port, local beaches, and the bus station. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel has an enviable location, just a stone's throw from the town square and very close to the harbor. You can easily walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area. the rooms are charming and well-equipped, with great amenities like a Nespresso machine and cold bottled water available.
